First Things First: A Meet & Greet
A free 20-minute Meet & Greet. Without a good fit between Therapist and Client, you won't get the results you’re looking for. The Meet & Greet is offered online with video, or by phone if you prefer.
Psychotherapy: Online
Online Appointments are currently supported and best experienced on a computer or laptop using Chrome or Opera. Android devices work best with Chrome. If you’re on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad) you will need the Jane Online Appointments app which is available on the app store.
Sometimes our beliefs about the world and those around us are based on information that's quite old, or was acquired in unusual or abusive circumstances. When that happens, we tend to struggle to feel happy, or we find relationships challenging. People can end up wrestling with the same problem over and over again.
Psychotherapy is a process to help you gain insight into your beliefs, evaluate if they are still suitable to you or if they get in the way, and then develop your own beliefs based on your experience of the world. It's a series of conversations, as many or as few as you require to meet your goals. Typical goals include improving a low mood or worry that has escalated into anxiety, understanding why you keep having the same relationship, or learning how to manage your emotions.
